I am a roboticist at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, working in Swamp Works since 2019 on autonomous excavation systems for the Moon and beyond. My work applies machine learning and computer vision to problems such as learning-based trajectory generation, autonomous excavation control, and hazard detection. This includes developing test environments to support autonomy pipelines for lunar surface systems. I earned my honors B.S., summa cum laude, in computer engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019 and my Ph.D. in intelligent systems and robotics in 2024.
